DHR Foster Kid Transportation Services

Our business is dedicated to providing transportation services for precious cargo, specifically foster kids and parents throughout the State of Alabama. Using a reliable 2011 Toyota Corolla, we ensure safe and efficient transportation for various purposes such as medical appointments, school activities, court hearings, visits to potential adoptive parents, gift deliveries during the holiday season, and visits to relatives.

As per the requests of Social Workers, we fulfill transportation needs, covering an extensive range of locations spanning over 6,000 to 9,000 miles per month. With a majority of our trips centered around areas south of Birmingham, we frequently travel to Troy, Ozark, Mobile, Fort Deposit, Huntsville, Athens, and Courtland.  Given the limited availability of foster care homes in Birmingham and the presence of over 6,000 kids in the foster care system, our full-time commitment as a dependable resource provider to Social Workers is of paramount importance.
